What material do you use?
We use PLA for decorative gifts and accessories, and PETG for selected functional projects. PETG is generally tougher and more heat resistant than PLA; suitability depends on temperature, load and use. Materials and colours vary by product. Keep PLA away from high heat, parked hot cars and dishwashers. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid forceful bending. For PETG, follow the product-specific care advice, clean gently and avoid excessive heat or loads. Contact us about your intended use. Products are not intended for food contact unless specifically stated.
Can I choose a name or colour?
Yes. Ask about personalisation through the contact form. We confirm colours, text and the design before you order.
How does delivery work?
Products are made and dispatched from Finland. Delivery method and cost depend on the product and packed size. We confirm production time and delivery details before your order.
When will my order ship?
Keychains are made to order and dispatched in 1–3 days. Larger products are dispatched in 2–4 days. Logo orders are dispatched in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Postal delivery time is additional and depends on the service and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need your order for a particular date.
