Shopping and prices
Product descriptions, customisation choices, available delivery methods, VAT and final payment total are shown before you confirm payment in the Shopify checkout. A purchase creates a payment obligation. Payment methods depend on the options offered by checkout. We confirm the order through the contact details you provide.
Custom 3D printing
3D printed goods can have normal layer lines and small surface variations. Screen previews, colours and geometry are illustrations and may differ from the final print. For designs using your own logo, you confirm that you have the necessary intellectual-property rights. We review custom designs for printability and will contact you if significant changes are required before production.
Delivery and collection
See our Delivery policy. Shipping choices and their costs appear at checkout. Local pickup is only offered when available at checkout and by appointment; there is no staffed shop.
Cancellations, returns and faults
See our Refund and returns policy. Standard goods are normally covered by the 14-day distance-selling right of withdrawal. A narrowly applicable exception may exist for genuinely bespoke items made to your specifications; choosing a standard colour alone does not remove your rights. Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described remain subject to statutory consumer remedies.

Consumer disputes
Contact us first. For consumer guidance see the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority; eligible unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable court remedies are unaffected.
