Your statutory rights depend on the goods and circumstances. Most standard products have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt; genuinely bespoke goods made to personal specifications may be excluded. See Refund policy.
Send notice of withdrawal
Email Print Finland customer service with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel or return, and a contact email for acknowledgement. Do not include card details or sensitive documents.
Before submitting, confirm in your message: “I confirm that I am submitting a notice of withdrawal for the order identified above.” The request can be sent before goods arrive. You may use any clear written notice and are not obliged to use a particular template.
