Standard goods: 14-day withdrawal
Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to withdraw from your online purchase. You may also notify us before delivery. Send a clear notice to contact@printfinland.fi or use the cancellation and withdrawal page. Include your name, order number and affected items. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice. You normally pay change-of-mind return postage.
Personalised goods and cancellation requests
Goods genuinely made with your own name, initials or supplied artwork or logo are excluded from ordinary withdrawal where the law permits. Choosing a standard colour or model does not remove withdrawal rights. To request cancellation of a personalised order, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Acceptance depends on production progress and cancellation is not guaranteed. This request window does not limit statutory rights.
Refunds
We refund the amounts required by law, including basic original delivery costs where required, within 14 days of withdrawal notice. Where permitted, we may wait for the returned goods or evidence that you sent them. We normally use the original payment method. Legally permitted deductions may apply for loss of value caused by use beyond what is needed to examine the goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Statutory defect rights also apply to personalised goods. Send your order number and a description of the problem to contact@printfinland.fi; photos are optional. We handle remedies and costs as required by applicable consumer law.
Return address
Contact us for the correct return address before posting anything. We have no staffed shop or public returns desk.
